Provides light housekeeping and chore assistance to individuals, age 60 and older, who are unable to perform the service due to identified functional deficiencies and because they are in need of a
support system to provide essential homemaker services.

Requirements
Must fill out the appropriate documents, complete a Tuberculosis exam, and complete an interview. Seniors participating in this program are
usually disabled or 60 years old.
